Brad Pitt to Rebuild New Orleans04/21/2006 According to Associated Press, Hollywood celebrity Brad Pitt is helping New Orleans to rebuild the city after Hurricane Katrina. Brad Pitt and the environmental organization Global Green USA are sponsoring the Sustainable Design Competition for New Orleans, a contest to find an Earth-friendly plan for housing and community centers in neighborhoods ravaged by Katrina. Brad Pitt has designed some of his residences and he also designed jewelry for Damiani, the company which made the wedding ring he gave Jennifer Aniston, the ring was to be exclusive. Meanwhile, the celebrity couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are currently in Namibia waiting for the birth of their first baby. 6 |
